Budget Over £30,000

Job Fire started in loft and damaged two thirds of the house. The roof has already been done but now I need a quote on internal resivations and alterations. I will also need a quote for an extention to the property. (Approx. 6x5 meters)

Comment Kevin Flynn is a competent and considerate builder who outperformed the competition by discussing the job in detail before we agreed to go with his firm. Rather than try to find ways to make extra money on top like some of the others, he actually suggested ways to save money. The work is of high quality and the crew tidy up after themselves, turning up for work at the requested time every day (not too early for us!) so keeping disruption to a minimum. Will use again without hesitation. Jeremy

Job removing a wall i.e making 2 rooms in to one larger room. inserting internal doors between new larger room and kitchen, creating an archway between kitchen and dining room. Filling in a door way.

Comment Rob has been extremely reliable, willing and helpful throughout. Quick work and very tidy. Difficult to comment on quality as we've never had building work done before so hard to compare. Plan to use him again for small future projects. Thanks! Laura
