Move a gas fire and fireplace - Remove a chimney - Fill in an existing door way- Remove some walls that make up the sides of built-in wardrobes (includes moving light switches) - Install a wood floor. Possibly also: - remove a non-supporting wall between a bathroom and toilet - fit a new bath, shower, sink and toilet - re-tile. And: - fit a new shower, sink and toilet in an en-suite - re-tile. Ideally, I would like to get the quotes done between 27/07/2011 and 31/07/2011 if that's possible as I will be at home then.

Prepare space ready for kitchen installation. May need to remove wall if possible. Turn window into patio door.
Plumming and electrics .Relocate ,probably re plaster ceilings?Prepare floor and flooring ( to be selected)I dont think you can quote without seeing the site.Although I am flexible with when the job is done, i need to know if a wall can be removed and the quote asap in order to proceed with kitchen plan. And the cost of building work affects the budget remaining for kitchen.

I don't know what my budget is as I don't know what the costs are. Or indeed quite what the best way to proceed is.
I would like full redecoration of several rooms in addition to the damp work - but am happy to contract this out seperately if need be.
The conservatory needs significant repair or a rebuild, I don't know which.
The kitchen is adjacent to the conservatory and has a joining, previously external wall and unusual configuration which I would like to change a little and replace the kitchen and flooring, including underfloor heating, repositioning of the sink,hob, extractor, etc. Rewiring of lighting if necessary.
Rewiring of upstairs lighting.
There is an additional roofing job on Rated People, I am happy to put the two together for a larger job if need be. Original : Damp issue in one room (slight) needs a damp course or similar on a shared wall (with next door)
Fireplaces filled in, some general replastering and repairs, decoration of 3 rooms.
Possible rebuild of conservatory and new kitchen depending on costs.
