Had quite a few problems, takes a while to get them resolved, after numerous attempts still got a leaking roof , even though the job was finished before christmas. An experience I would not want to repeat. Get a quote in writing down to the last nail as price can escalate.

Triple R Construction showed a real interest from the start with my garage conversion and impressed upon me their experience and knowledge in similar jobs. Simon helped with everything from the Design to the Building Control sign off. All in all Simon and his guys offer a first class, friendly service and make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Widening of an existing doorway by around 1 meter (which leads from a kitchen to an outhouse/utility room, this is an external loadbearing wall and may require an RSJ. Also, removal of a single brick internal wall within the outhouse to open up the kitchen into the outhouse for the purpose of extending the current kitchen size.

The brief was to transform 2 rooms in to 1 and fit a small kitchenette. Quality - Mr Menhart completed the job very well. The only thing that I knocked off points for was the decorating, which was not perfect. However, this was not agreed at the start of the job and Mr Menhart admitted that this was outside his remit. Value - I was very happy with the price Mr Menhart quoted, he was most reasonable. Reliability - Mr Menhart turned up on time everyday. In addition to the above I would like to say that Mr Menhart cleared up after work every day and left the room in a very good state. He also made sure that no dust got in to the rest of the house, as best he possibly could. Finally I would like to openly thank Mr Menhart for the kindness that he showed my father throughout the project!
