Unsold Job, Updated Details : We have some wasted space and an old shower room which we would like converted into a dining room. Total space would measure approximately 9ft by 6ft once the wall is taken down. Also we have a toilet which is separated by a wall but led into by an archway in the shower room. I will need this to be sealed off and a new door fitted in the utility room so we can have access into the toilet from there, Would also need a small sink plumbed in the toilet. Once sealed off, the toilet would measure approx 9ft by 3ft, so it would be a long and narrow room. The actual conversion would be taking place in an extension so I cannot see any serious structural work taking place.. There are no materials available so these would have to be included in the price. We also have 2 rads which will be need to be repositioned, so some small pipework will be needed, plus the capping off of the shower and old sink. I am uncertain of the total cost so will be open to discussion from whoever answers this post. We are prepared to do some of the work ourselves but there are some parts that will need some work by professionals like moving two rads to new positions, cutting off the water supply to the shower, installation of a small sink in the toilet, fitting new doors and sealing off a doorway, plus I believe there may be some pinning required in the loft just to secure. The conversion will be taking place in an area which is an extension so there won't be too much of a problem We would be happy to knock down a stud wall, get rid of the tiling in the shower room, take up the flooring as we will need to cut costs to save cash Timing: I am flexible on start date
