Job I need to have a 3 peice bathroom suit fitted. There will be an internal wall that will need to knocked out, which is solid, as i want to make the toliet part of the main bathroom. there is also a cupboard, that needs to be knocked out. The door to the bathroom wil also need to be relocted. all walls will then need to be made good, two walls need tiling along with the floor and the other 2 walls painting. a rad will also need to be fitted, the feeds are already in place. 3 bedrooms also need to be skimmed plastered, along with the ceiling and the landing ceiling. In bedrooms 1 and 2 there are 2 small electic fire places, that need taking out and wall making good. in bedroom 2 a rad needs to be fitted but feeds are out in place, but as this is going in a bay, something will need to be out in place to hang the rad on. in the living room/dining room 2 old gas fire places need knocking out, gas has been disconnected to these and walls need to made good. also there is a downstairs toliet/sink that needs taking out, the floor tiling and replacing with new toliet and sink.There are also 6 doors that need hanging, and about 6 double sockets installing in various rooms. We also want another internal wall knocking out which is solid and replacing with a stub wall, this is to make our daughters room bigger. There is also a outside coal cupboard that, i would like bricked up, then turning to a downstairs cupboard, with access from the inside. The guttering also needs to be checked as this leaks on some places, i believe its just the seals the need replacing on some joints. All doors, hingers, latches will be supplied, along with the downstairs toliet and sink, and 3 peice bathroom units and tiles. all that you will need to supplu will be plumbing for bathroom, and downstairs toliet and material needed for plastering.
