Requirement for a builder willing to project manage the refurbishment of a first floor two bedroom apartment in Cambridge. Will require four new double-glazed upvc windows; electrical circuits to be checked and new electric panel wall heaters fitted (advice required on replacements for current storage heaters); new hot water system/immersion heater; complete new bathroom from the floor up; complete new kitchen and white goods; redecoration throughout and new carpets fitted. Ideally the work to be done in December.

Wet room down stairs. All drainage is at front of house so will need to be there. We are mid terrace
Our front door was moved to incorporate a covered porch area - was carried out by the previous owners. we would now like to resintate the front door to its original position. The house is a 30s house so the front door was originally in the middle of two mid-door height brick walls with windows in them. we'd need someone to:
- build a frame for the door
- build the two small side walls
- put in windows at either side
- strip off the plasterboard covering what was the porch
- lay tiling on the floor of the porch
as far as possible taking it back to what was there originally
Timing: I am flexible on start date
Need a quote for a simple lean-to/ carport to be constructed at side of house to protect bikes, toys etc.

We want a single storey extension, at the rear of the building finished with bifoling doors for the entire width of the building(5m) and flat roof with lantern.The dimensions of the extension would be 12.5 sqare metres and would extend the existing kitchen dinner. We would also like to knock through the existing wall between the kitchen and current dinning room as well as create a small utility room using part of the barrage.
To be converted into family room/ bedroom. Approx 5m x 3m? need to raise the floor, check adequacy of insulation (floor and walls). Window to front. Heating and lighthing already installed.
installation of 2 large RSJs. One in the rear external wall ~5M and the other teeing of this to remove internal wall. Also, insertion of lintels (X3) to create doorways in what used to be the side of the house in to a pre-existing side extension. No wall removal necessary and no rendering-finnishing necessary.
