I need approx 3m of load baring wall removing and supporting with RSJ.
Peter did an excellent job. He was punctual, tidy, knowledgeable and professional. He completed all the work on time to a high standard for the price quoted. I’d happily employ his services again.

I've got a cast iron bath already removed from the bathroom which needs lifting down a flight of stairs and taken away. It's VERY heavy so would need a few people to lift. It's probably got some scrap value and if it was re-enamelled (the enamel is in a state really) probably fine for use and worth a lot more.
Job done to spec and quickly. Thanks.

We need to take out part of a load bearing wall and have a suitable lintel put in to open up the dining room into the lounge. We need the structal part done and the door frame put in(we will provide door frame) along with the light switch relocated a small distance. The surrounding area to be made good with plaster, but no painting needed. The existing wooden floor in one of the rooms would need protecting as we want to keep but the carpet in other room is to go. Looking for job to be done around May 2011

I have a ~4m width load baring wall to the rear of the property with a standard width doorway in the centre. I require this to be widened to about 3m. There is also a small section of brick chimney flue that needs removing and supporting. No plastering etc is required. Some plans have been drawn up by a structural engineer and the work will need to conform with these plans.
