5.18 x 3.35m brick-built shed. We need a partition to be added in order to create a home office within the building while keeping part of the space as a shed. We need advice on exactly how much work needs to be done, but the concrete floor, bare-brick walls and ceiling will all need to be "upgraded". Various workbenches in the space need to be ripped out and a certain amount of re-routing of wall sockets down to floor level also required.Ideally, we are looking for the work to start on 21st July.
I can't recommend this company highly enough! An extremely good job of the shed conversion to an office - costs clearly agreed up-front and details of any alterations along the way all checked and the various options explained. The work was also carried out quickly and the common-sense approach to the plans was extremely helpful. They were even sympathetic to my company's temporary cash-flow problems!
We have used them again since and will continue to do so (perhaps a second storey for the office in a few years!)David

I would like to convert the workshop of my garden into a nice bungalow including bedroom, bathroom and leisure room with fireplace. Currently the workshop is approximately 8.90m x 5.79m, it has foundations. There is electricity but no water. As a starting phase, I would like the builder to execute the minimum required only, e.g. external walls to be made stronger and isolated, brand new roof, drainage, connect water, drain and sewer.
