The corner of the lounge has cracked and blistered plaster. On the outside there is a large wet area in the same place. It looks like the drainpipe maybe have split letting the rain just run down the walls. The outside access is narrow. We need it treating, sealing, drain pipe repairing or replacing and then interior replastering.
