From the moment Premier Conversions arrived I was confident that they would do a brilliant job. It was a great surprise to me that builders could be clean...there was no mess as other people warned me there would be...they took time and trouble to leave everything as neat as possible. I would definitely recommend this company. They were so quick and efficient ....2 weeks and the job was complete.

Remove load bearing wall using rsj /extend into kitchen. Create new entrances including doors Joinery (new lintels). Removal of existing plaster and re-Plastering to walls and new ceilingwork along with some new electrical light configuration. New stone floor to be installed with electric underfloor heating. Plumbing changes to existing radiators. Rubble removal.
Very nice person to deal with and happy with most aspects. Attention to detail and tidyness a little bothersome.

The property is a two bedroom terraced house. The internal walls have already been removed and some of the the electrics done. Work needed: -secure, possibly replace frame for front door. -create new doorway to living space -close off a wall space between living area and hall partly using glass bricks. -remove a fireplace and chimney inside lounge and secure upperfloor -replace/modify stairs to upper story and replace bannisters -replace rear window with french doors -widen door opening to kitchen extension -close off kitchen door to back yard -replace small kitchen window and door with a large long window, secure wall -install new kitchen or make kitchen ready for installation -change some of the electrical fitting locations (not essential) -make good and plaster all walls and ceilings -widen and make safe hatch to cellar -lay wood veneer flooring or prep floor for laying flooring -Prepare and/or lay original tiles in hallway
The proprietor of the company managed and worked the whole project with great care and dedication. He provided me with a project plan, site diary and accounts and kept me upto date on on progress on a regular basis. My many changes throughout the project did not phase him, he made a number of excellent creative design suggestions, as well as keeping things on track concerning regulations and paid attention to every detail. The job was started on time and despite a few obstacles, including an interfering neighbour completed within that timeframe, bar a few finishing touches. I can highly recommend they may not have been the cheapest choice for me, but definately the best choice I could have made.

Knock down internal wall, possibly load-bearing. Dry-line 1 large room. Stud wall for new ensuite, and plumb and install new ensuite. Repair/replace cast-iron guttering
Matt at J&M did structural works including knocking down load bearing walls and installing steel beams, all completed to building regulations inspections. Also, he installed a kitchen, utility room and cloakroom, and quite a bit of dry lining and tiling. Matt was really friendly and very flexible, hard working, and surprisingly the work was all completed on budget. We are very happy with it all, and are thinking of using Matt again next year for some more work.
