The property is a 1930's 3 bed terrace. I intend to replace a window in the kitchen with french doors, add a downstairs WC and to knock through and replace a wall between the bathroom and a bedroom to enlarge the bathroom. a new bathroom suite and new kitchen are also required - we have just taken possession of the property and are currently working on an inventory of the work required which would include such things as replacement of a chimney pot and fitting a new fire/fireplace as well as updating heating system and electricals. I would like to start the work asap.
