Job I have a damp patch on the ceiling of one of my bedrooms which is part of an outrigger and need someone to take a look at this and provide me with an estimate for fixing and repairing

Job Looking for a builder to view and quote for works to two fireplace voids that have been partly opened up. Flue/flues will be cleaned by chimney sweep prior to works. Upstairs fireplace has been opened to allow ventilation to be re-instated so void will need partially re-filling and a vent fitted into the room before re-skimming. Downstairs fireplace to be left open, but chimney breast to be re-plastered and fireplace void to be cleaned up and re-pointed if necessary. Advice on structural integrity of the chimney (now fireplaces revealed) also required. Happy to discuss any of these details on phone/ when viewing job.

Job the garden wall at the front of our property is 2-3 brick courses with cut sandstone tops. Many of these are split and the wall has been pushed out by shrubs. The wall needs rebuilding and the tops need repairing, maybe with resin. The original materials need to be re-used wherever possible, especially the sandstone tops. I think that the bricks are standard cheshire brick but this needs checking.
