I am pleased to reccommend Paul from P.H. Homes & developments. He has demonstrated good listening skills in the early planning stages. Using his time served experience he has been able to offer excellent design advice at the start and throughout the project helping me project costs and keeping them on track. Paul was helpful in not only providing practical and robust building solutions but also in helping me in sourcing materials at sensible prices. Pauls finish and attention to detail is excellent and he is very capable of intergating several different skills such as general building, joinery, plastering, finishing and decorating in to any job. I found this very useful saving me time not having to co-ordinate several different people/ tradesmen at any time. He left the job clean and tidy taking away all of the rubbish and having a thorough sweep up at the end of every working day. I found Paul to be honest and very pleasant to deal with. I have a few more jobs to to at my property and PH Homes & developments are very welcome to the business. Well done Paul!
