"Frank was very prompt in giving us the quote and he provided by far the most competative quote we'd had. He and his son Frank started the job promptly and completed it well within the estimated time frame despite there being a few hidden extra jobs that needed doing. When they came to put the boards on the ceiling it became clear that the joists in the loft needed reinforcing before the new ceilings were put up. Frank kept me informed of what was going on and explained all the options available to solve this problem before proceeding with the work. The job was done to a high standard with minimum mess, we are really pleased with our new ceilings. Thank you frank and Frank it was a pleasure having you work for us and i would not hesitate having you to do jobs for us in the future or recommending you to friends and family."
