I am in the process of buying a new house. I have a number of jobs which need doing and I am looking for an idea of cost to do the work. I am not into the house yet so this is a bit hard to get someone in to measure up but I do have the room/ floor plan and dimensions and could email these to you if needed. List of things needed though are complete fitting of a kitchen including tiling of the floor. Kitchen is ordered from B and Q and need a cooker installing as well as a cooker hood. A complete bathroom again including tiling. there is a bath to install as well as free standing shower and sink loo. Existing loo out pipe will need extending and re routing around to the other wall to allow the bath to fit in. A new internal plaster board wall installed and re skimming as I remove the old boiler cupboard in an attempt to extend the bathroom by a couple of feet. Also I am looking to have an artex ceiling skimmed with plaster in the living room. 4m in length and 2.7m wide. Then I am also looking to have a door fitted from the hallway into the garage. Just a standard doorway but know it is likely to need an RSJ installing.
