"I now have fully experienced what a pain this builder is. As soon as the cash was handed over, the after builder support was terrible. the ramp which i requested to be built has been finished off to very poor quality, to which it has already started crumbling. its not even 2 months old! I specificaly requested that i want it to be long lasting as the ramp will be used to move heavy equipment. The main base foundation is fine, just the finish off was very poor as he used quick drying cement (orange colour). Clearly with was not able to withstand any hard wearing at all. I have tried numerous times to contact the builder (TONY) which first he came up with excuses and broken promises about when he will turn up. I have wasted days off from work just waiting around for him to turn up. Now he doesnt even answer his phone. what a useless unrealiable builder. Not impressed."
