Joe and his team and NWBS did an excellent job and have transformed our living space on time and budget.
Joe was realistic from the outset and his personable approach and attention to details ensured that nothing was missed throughout the process.
He was clear about costs on every level and delivered a quality service from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Joe and his team to people looking for jobs of a similar size.
Many thanks we can now enjoy our great new living space and kitchen.Paul
Repair of crack (internal and external) of panel between bay windows where the panel meets the wall. Surveyor recommended strapping internally to tie the panel back to the woodwork.
Jeff and his team were excellent. We required a number of jobs doing for our new house and Jeff was always willing to help out with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Jeff if you want quality and reliability. Alastair

We're a victorian semi that needs the loft boarding out for storage with access with a loft ladder. The problem is that the existing loft hatch is currently very small and in a false ceiling (the hatch in the 'real' ceiling is also very small), so both of these need considerable enlargement.
We had our loft boarded out and the loft hatch enlarged. Due to unforseen circumstances the job also needed the services of a plasterer which he sourced and employed. The work was very good, he was professional, couteous and tidy. Overall, we're very pleased and would certainly recommend him.Chris
Fantastic job - In the end I went for a full knock through of kitchen and lounge as well as installing the French doors. Jamie and his team were excellent, their quote was competative, they arrived promptly were extremely professional and trustworthy and kept mess to a minimum. The overall standard of the work far exceeded my expectation. I would recommend them and will certainly use them for any other future work. A pleasure to work with.Stephen
We have a patch of penetrating damp in a chimney breast on the 1st floor. Chimney was originally closed on ground floor (now open with view to stove being out in) and is still closed off in bedroom (to be opened with a view to putting in an ornamental fireplace). We would like the source of the damp fixing so we can plaster the bedroom.
Reliable, friendly and prompt service. Would recommend and definitely use again if necessary.

Have a leak in the upstairs bedroom and think it might be coming from the flashing or mortar around the chinmey on the roof. It is only a small opening to access the loft just so you know. That is just our assumption it might not be that at all so needs investigating. In Sale area M33 7SZ

Some bricks and a lot of soot came down the chimney into our living room last night. I need to know how much it will cost to repair and or if the chimney stack needs work, repointing. I would appreciate a quick response as I need to know how safe the chimney is.

I am a smalll property developer and have purchased a property that I would like to build an extension I have planning permisssion approved. I am looking for someone to do the shell only, as I have contacts to complete the internal works and I think this will work out most cost effective for me. The extension is a double sorey side extension of approximately 4m x 7m. If interested please get in touch but looking for someone reliable and cost effective. Please no time wasters.
