My job covers the remodelling of two bathrooms and the creation of a new ensuite bathroom. The job will involve building works to include knocking through an existing separate toilet and family bathroom to create one larger room and the creation of a completely new ensuite in an exisitng bedroom. The knock through may include a requirement for structural supports - tbc. Additionally I will need a new boiler and unvented megaflow hot water system.
Please don't quote if you are not able to offer a complete solution covering all these aspects.
In summary the job involves:
- A new ensuite bathroom, all wet fittings, tiling, flooring and electricals.
- Knocking the existing toilet and bathroom together
- Remodelling of existing ensuite in Master bedroom to add a toilet
- Removal of existing boiler, gravity hot water tank and loft header tank and replacing with a new boiler and megaflow unvented system.
I've posted this on the bathroom specialist section but because of the size of the job I've also posted it on the builders section.
I have had to select a budget on the next step - clearly this will vary significantly depending on how much of the fixtures / systems you supply but we can disscuss budgets in more detail when we speak.
Whilst this site is a help, I will also be asking for two recent job references from each company.
Thanks in advance,
