Breaking through from kitchen to dinning room. Timing: I am flexible on start date
Mike was very professional and did an excellent job, we were delighted with the finished result. He arrived prompt and was very pleasant at all times. He took time to explain the job and showed a high degree of skill and experience. We would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future. The rate for the work done was very reasonable and agreed before hand without any extras. Well done and thank you Mike
Need an internal supporting wall removing which will require an Rsj
I needed a supporting wall removing to enable me to have a through kitchen / diner, instead of 2 separate rooms. Mike provided me with a very detailed quote with a breakdown cost for each item which was great. Mike and his colleague worked really hard and did a brilliant job! I am really happy with the finished outcome and cannot recommend Mike and Lathom Electrical enough.

I am looking to have an internal, none load bearing, stud wall removed between my kitchen and dining room to open it up into a 'kitchen-diner'. A stud wall put in to 'box' in the stairs. In this wall I will also want two doorways/doors being put in, and a small doorway under the stairs for storage/cupboard.
There will need to be some eletricals removed from the internal wall (1 light switch).
No need for plastering, as this will be done at a later stage.
Remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room (stud) then add a stud wall to seperate the stairs from the dining room. New doorway into the kitchen/diner to be created. New cupboard under the stairs to be created.
Close off 1 door, re-configure 1 door and internal wall
