Checking floor/wall in a 1930's house sitting room - cold air coming in from floor area making it uncomfortable to sit even when temperature is ok in the higher part of the room. Cavity wall has been done 7 years ago. There are a number of air bricks low down. Windows appear to be ok. Looking for help to solve this or to show why this is happening even if we cannot solve it completely. Query if we can block air bricks etc safely or what to use. Also querying if adequate damp course protection at exposed side of house.
Job turned out much bigger than expected after finding rot, lack of damp proofing through ground floor, cavity wall and guttering problems. He went out of his way to sort out all these and was very knowledgeable, knowing how to resolve all these while keeping our family and three dogs safe while all the floors were replaced. If unable to get in at times he always remained in touch so you were not concerned. Payment was ongoing as work progressed, agreed before work. Trustworthy, helpful, I would use again.

Conservatory roof leaking, original replaced about 4yrs ago, firm now out of business.
At last! I had my conservatory built 14yrs ago and despite many attempts by various people over the years it has always leaked! I got Leo from Rated People.com, he was fantastic. He came when her said he would, inspected the job, photographed what was wrong and explained what he would do to fix it. Arrived on the dot with his lads, worked non stop and showed me what he had done, they even swept up after they had finished. I have not had one drop since.I would highly recommend Leo to anybody.
