Updated : We have planning permission and drawings available. The extension is to have a pitched roof. Original : First floor extension over the drive. To incorporate one long narrow bedroom at the front and a very small room at the back next to the bathroom to include plumbing for washing machine and sink. Approx measurements are 7x2 meters. To be built in blockwork and rendered.
I am over the moon with the work Bob and his team have carried out, I can't praise them highly enough. The workmen that were on site went above and beyond the call of duty, in fact I've already recommend SYR to several other people. Good luck for the future Bob!

Outhouse has two sides one side 69 inches long and other 118 inches long roof slopes from 65inches down to 47 inches wooden frames with glass like a greenhouse. Brickwork below frame needs to be repaired and brickwork above main door of garage needs replacing one maybe two courses width about 118 inches
