This is a front porch, but all I need is a builder to do the stone and block work. 2.7mt long by 1mt wide. Foundation already down but as this boarders on the pavement I do not feel confident enough to do the stonework.
No show no call. If I hadn't called him the night before he was supposed to start I would not have known he wasn't coming. Second start date he didn't appear and again no call. Has not returned calls and never shown. Not very good for someone trying to get more of my work! Would not reccommend this fellow.
