To extend existing cottage with wood frame first floor. To replace pitch roof on existing flat roof. To fit heating system. To tile floors. To wire. To fit bathroom and kitchen. To insulate roof.
Planning permission granted for large extension. Including a double garage with balcony over, replacement roof to accomodate 3 bed / 2 bath rooms. Plus ground and first floor extension. Total increase in size 2,844 sqft. Remodel to existing bay windows to patio. New entrance / feature staircase. New feature kitchen.
This is a significant project to remodel a family home - would like initial expressions of interest for those with potential availability to start after Sept 08 - Will follow up with interested parties to enable quote preparation.
