The work involes a kitchen space of approx 2.5 x 3.5 meters. The actual kitchen cupboards, work tops, sink, etc will be installed by kitchen fitters. Original : Kitchen renovation reconfiguration. Damp course walls and floor. So basically starting again. Plastering, electrics, plumbing. Further work includes carpentry to reconfigure under stair storage area for dining room, as it is the space is in the kitchen being used as a pantry. Floor is higher by about 2 inches in kitchen, needs to be flush with wood floor in dining area.

(gap of about 2 weeks for owner to fit wiring and plumbing)
Return to insulate and plasterboard both ceilings and 2 bathroom walls, and skim. Lift bathroom floor and repalce with new ply floor.
Ignore the "budget" figure - I need to know how much this will cost please.
Insulation (acoustic glass fibre) to be free issued by owner, all other materials to be included in quote please.
