Jim is what you call a "down to earth" guy. He tells you as it is, no beating about, plain simple facts. He came exactly on time as promised but job was held up due to snow. When he could start again he got on doing the job and kept us informed at all times. We are really pleased with the finished look of the whole house he repointed. One little job left to do and has promised to call back when he has the parts, anyone else I wouldnt expect to see them , but I know he will return.We highly recommend Jim.

I have two existing bay windows which both need re-guttering. One of which leaks in and runs down the cavity wall. I need this roof taken off and reroofed. Possibly a cavity tray may need to be inserted.

Good price quoted but did not do the job on the day he said he would - but did say he would have to get his ladders as he had loaned them to someone. Work was good.

Recent refurb but was broken into. Insurance now sorted but boiler was nicked & kitchen flooded. Damage to floor & units needs repairing. Light smoke dame to hall needs sorting plus PVC front door replacing. Some PVC window units broken & need replacing. You need to collect keys from agent in Darlington and visit to view & quote.
Lee understood what needed doing and did a great job. He pointed out some alternative ways of doing things and additional bits and pieces that needed doing. All his work was properly quoted for and we agreed pricing before starting. One constructive critcism would be he needs to focus a little more on the needs of the remote landlord (as I am) as opposed to carrying out works for a residential customer. Overall very pleased and would/will use again.
