I need an air brick (or other suitable vent) to be installed in an external wall.
The wall is on a single story brick built extension.
There is also an old cat flap hole through the same wall where the external brick layer has been bricked up.
However the internal opening has not been bricked up been and it only covered with plasterboard and skimmed over.
I would like the internal wall opening to be blocked up properly.
The opening is approx 200 x 200mm.
The lead flashing on the extension roof is missing and is in need of replacement with an alternative material (felt or other).
It needs approx 3mtrs length. It is a horizontal straight joint from tiles to wall so there are no awkward angles.
I would be happy for any builder / bricklayer who feels competent to carry out this work (and has some ladders!) to quote for the job as a whole.
Friendly, flexible, reliable. Provided good advice without being pushy and worked around my circumstances and some bad weather.
Would be happy to use again.
