"Not employed to carry out work, therefor rating does not represent the standard of work.
Quoted of house extension on a sq meter basis only giving no real thought to the job, the quote came back in 3-4 days while well established builders giving a good standard of work took 2 weeks to come back with an accurate quote.
They may be good for general building work but the the price was nearly 1/3 of 2 reputable builders.
Questions have to be asked as to what kind of job would have been done & where the price would have got to if the firm had been employed.
