Dave took down a load bearing wall, Plastered all the walls, new electrics and fitted kitchen.
Very organised from the start, came out a couple of times to discuss the plan.
Talked to us and gave us some ideas that we had not thought about.
Dave does what he says, he is open minded and nothing was a problem.

I need a 2.5m x 2.5m x .1m deep reinforced base laying for a Hot/tub Spa to sit on. Site has restricted access so the hole will need to be dug by hand (no need to move removed earth into a skip). 10cm hardcore to be compressed and 10cm reinforced concrete on top. Need someone who can start within 5 days! (Builder to arrange supply of all materials)
Hilldean did a very good job, understood exactly what I wanted and were reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them.

We have a room downstairs joining the shower room out side. there is on the ceiling a big area which looks like condensation built up. I think the roof from the outside may need a new roof or felting.
Dismantling the existing stud wall and disconnecting the existing electrical light connection.
Updated : We have a conservatory which is useless to us. The idea is to insulate the inside of the roof and plasterboard it as so it turns into a room. Original : We have an edwardian conservatory which really has no use at all. After studying certain info, I would like the conservatory to be insultated, boarded and plastered on the inside as so creating a ceiling, turning the conservatory into a room.
