I'm not sure
I have a 1934 bungalow that I need to make some rearrangements to.
First I need someone to reconfigure my porch, it's a recessed porch (typical for 1930 style bungalows) the door needs to be moved forward, from its recessed position to a position flush with the outside wall of the building. A distance of about 2 ft, make good the external brick work & rendering. Extend the hallway (floor, ceiling and walls etc) to meet the new door position.
Replaster the whole of the hallway.
Replace the rendering above one of the bay windows.
Later this year I will also require an architect and builder to rebuild my 1960 single walled, flat roof kitchen extension, replace and extend the existing bungalow roof.
I needed my front door moving from inside a recessed porch to flush with the exterior of my 1930's bungalow. Required external brick work, rendering and extending my existing hallway with plastering, ceiling and flooring. John did an excellent job, took pride in his work and was well organised. I have already recommended his services to others and will be contacting him in the future for other jobs.
