Can't fault Richard in any way. From his first contact by phone, then his visit, we were very clear on what he was proposing, how it would work, how it would look and what he would charge. Not only completed what was asked for , but went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to prospective clients.
Updated : There are no plans. This is a new installation in an existing room (hallway). Not sure of budget implications and willing to discuss any reasonable rate. Original : Convert a hallway into a toilet. Need wall and door, connection to sewage, water and electricity for light and possibly saniflow.
Disappointing. He came to the house twice to assess the job, then disappeared. Not even a courtesy email to say he could not do the job, so not a high rating for reliability.
Unsold lead, updated details: We do not have a specific budget in mind and are very open to advice. Original: With the heavy rain recently we have had some leaking inside our house, apparently due to the pourous brickwork and the water running down the inside of the cavety wall and into our conservatory. We are looking for the brickwork to be treated to make it less pourous and for some small internal waterdamage to be repaired.

Remove stud wall between kitchen/dining room, make good plaster/ceiling. assist with new kitchen units and laying oak flooring throughout ground floor. Kitchen units and flooring already purchased.
