"PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE, The Garage convervsion has just failed building regulations inspection by the local building inspector. Albion Fitted a new tiled roof this has to be redone as the pitch is at the wrong angle and the tiles are the wrong type, also felt under the tiles is shed felt and not roofing felt as per building regs spec. The Insulations in the roof should be 300mm thick, Albion layed 100mm. This also needs to be replaced along with the felt. Screeded Floor is uneven, Window not in straight, Porch Leeking from Brick work that was layed with no Footings also unfinished. Rendering of House and garden walls Incomplete. Back Patio uneven and layed very poorly. A skip load of rubbish was left behind for us to clear up. We Paid £23682 for this project in good faith and Paid for the work in full. Which included a driveway of which was canceled by us because of the Bad workmanship we encountered throughout this build. We are still owed money for that. Albion have been contacted we are now being ignored. I WOULDNT RECCOMEMEND TO ANYONE."
