We have an outside WC with flat roof, single brick, linked to an integral (to the house) shed. I would like the outside WC to be an inside one with the area between the shed and the WC fully enclosed.
Very very poor. This man walked away owing me at least £500. Small claims court found in my favour but he still never paid.

My father's bungalow has had a burst pipe which has damaged a ceiling in the hall and the flooring in the lounge, hall, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Firstly it needs a dehumidifier to dry those rooms out. Once that is done it needs some new floorboards and the ripping up of some old stuck down lino in the hall, kitchen, bathroom, I have already removed the carpet in the lounge and hall. The skirting boards will probably also need to be replaced in some rooms. The damaged ceiling in the hall would need to be repaired and the electrics checked for safety. It would then need a deep cleaning company to come in to thoroughly clean the whole bungalow. After that the whole bungalow needs to be redecorated and new flooring to go down. There will be more than that but this can be discussed.
RSE completely refurbished the interior of my father's bungalow at a very reasonable price and the work was of a very high standard.This included a new kitchen, bathroom and shower, toilet and a hot water/central heating conversion to a combi boiler.They worked during a bank holiday weekend at no extra cost to get the property habitable.Rob kept us up to date with the status several times a week.Some major and minor extras were done and it still came in under budget.We couldn’t recommend RSE highly enough.

Srip out exiting mortar fillet which is under slates ?1-2 inches deep, and replace with new mortar, preferably black coloured mortar (colour not essential). Scaffold in plce, but job needs to be done very soon e.g. this week?? Quote for all-inclusive price please.

One room. approx 18' x 10'. three solid walls already there and a dwarf wall and windows on the end wall. Would like a lean to, style roof with tiles and insulation etc.
The roof was completed in the middle of a very snowy winter, which added some complications to the job, as did my change of mind about tiles. The team went all out to complete the job before Christmas day which was quite a challenge. There were several people involved in the project on various aspects of the build, so I did feel I had to be very clear with my instructions, but they were easy to talk to and I didn't get the 'I'm the builder I know best' attitude that you can get from some people. I was pleased with the final job.

Remove remnants of garden wall, brick privy and iron shed. Build 6ft red brick garden wall (approx 40ft + 14ft + 15ft return). Replace kitchen flat roof with pitched roof (approx 12ft x 16ft)
Absolutely useless. Bodged everything. Rubbish at building works. Destroyed my kitchen. Was so far behind schedule they laid a solid wood floor on wet concrete a day before the kitchen fitters were due. Stole heritage roof tiles. Failed to rectify bad workmanship. Failed to attempt to complete job. Demanded more cash to rectify problems. If you ever get contacted by Mat Brown, leave well alone.

I have a chimney in a property that I rent out that is causing water leakage. The rental agent has sent someone to look at the problem and they have described it as: The chimney pointing is shot, it appears to have been done before but is falling out. The stack in use has blown- its stained black on the back- from the soot. The leadwork flashing has also been done before but clearly to no standard. The concrete haunching is all cracked and loose. The bricks are shot- they have reached saturation point- they're crumbling. There is a second chimney that is likely to be in the same state I am looking for quotes to carry out the repairs
