Need a 9x9 ft concrete base at the bottom of the garden, for a summer house. Ground already prepared and dug out 9x9 and to a depth of 5 inches. Easy access all round. Job needs completing at short notice, ideally sat 16.6.12, but if this can not be done in time, will consider postponing delivery of the summer house.
Very pleased; they came at short notice, worked with speed and efficiency and left everything very clean and tidy. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended their services to several family and friends.

Lay a floor in the loft covering approximately 5 x 7 metres. Enlarge existing loft hatch, supply and fit a folding loft ladder. The loft area is to be used for storage not for living in.
They laid a floor in the loft and fitted a loft ladder. Their quote said "ALL WORK CARRIED OUT TO A HIGH STANDARD AND SITE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY”. Firstly, they tidied up by doing some painting, and then left saying it needed another coat, but they did leave behind the tin of paint so that I could do it myself! That was just a minor amusement, the big problem was the mess left behind in the loft. I mentioned the mess to Mr Cole, and give him his due, he worked really hard to clear it up and dispose of it. He charged an extra £50 for doing so, but he did leave the site clean and tidy, and I was satisfied with it. I think this shows that Mr Cole is a genuine workman who will listen to your comments and try his best to sort them out for you. It’s a bit hard to comment on the quality of the work. It looks fine now, but if anything goes wrong I don’t think Rated People will allow me to add anything to this, so I won’t be able to say if Mr Cole’s work stands the test of time, nor if he helps out with any future problems. However, I think his work is solid, and I believe that Mr Cole cares about the quality of this work and would come back if there were any issues.

Had the hallway and one bedroom done for now but will definitely have the other two rooms done at a later date as the difference it's made is amazing. I can't rate these guys highly enough! Finished the job in less than a week and they cleaned up before we got home from work every day. Andy and David were very helpful and made sure they did everything possible to make the job go smoothly. Wayne and Lee who were on site every day were absolutely lovely! Wayne's plastering is second to none and we were very impressed with the quality of their work and how conscientious the whole gang were. They even stayed til 8pm on the last day to make sure it was all done for us for the weekend. The soundproofing quality is great and has blocked out most of the noise that was bothering us which also proves what a great job they did! We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys!
