I'm not sure
I need a small extension completed. THere is a courtyard area between the garage and an existing extension. I would like this courtyard area to be made into a utility room so will need one wall erected and a flat roof with a door knocked through to the current extension. We will want a sink and washing machine in it, however that will go against the wall which currently is teh wall of the downstairs toilet. We also need anotherwall knowcked down in the kitchen (separate from this job) which is a load bearing wall.

Hi,basically want an infill extension at the rear of my terraced home,size as follows,2.6m wide and 3.86m deep, there are three existing walls- those being the left
side, right side and the rear wall,all that is required is the front wall which will mainly or wholly be a patio style door( this is the 2.6m width ), roof to match and
contimue existing tiled lean to roof and the floor slab along with a new opening into the existing lounge for access to the new extension plus extending electrics and
heating to service the new extension.
