It is a single storey extension with a pitched tiled roof. The chimney stack and breast in the extension needs to be removed. Access to the roof is available. Should be able to access with a ladder.

my property has a mezzaine floor. The rear wall of one bedroom is at the edge of the mezzaine. there is a 40" gap between the mezainine and the main wall of the property. I want to remove the plasterboard wall of the bedroom, extend the mezzaine floor back 40" to meet the wall of the property and add a new piece of sidewall which would be 40" long and about 6ft high.
