Carl's work is excellent; he has fitted our kitchen with attention to detail which has given a finished kitchen we're proud of. We have already recommended Carl to others and have plenty more work for him ourselves!

Very poor workmanship, shower continuously leaking, poor itemised quote leading to confusion about what's involved in the quote. Builder kept hassling me for final payment when work clearly wasn't finished. Massive cost of extras when asked for receipts they showed very little expenditure.

Cut away and remove steel beam dividing two rooms on ground floor, supply and fit new steel beam.with a greater load bearing capacity. We have had a structural survey done by a structural engineer and have the figures and sizes of the new RSJ required.
I am very impressed with the service received from said contractors, so much so that I have passed additional work onto them. Namely, to brush down walls at front and rear of property and re-paint, supply and fit new PVC Facia and soffit, re-fix guttering where dropped at front of property, and generally tidy the property up. Thanks for your help with this matter and I wont hesitate to contact you in the future if so needed.

I can't thank Craig enough, I am a single female and Craig has totally Refurbished my property to a very high standard. I was always dubious of getting a tradesman that doesn't do a job to high standard or who takes your money and runs, craig has restored my faith and even now comes back to do odd jobs for me, and is going to do the whole of my outside, repointing etc. I would highly recommend Craig from central heating to rewiring, building, plastering, tilling, floor laying and carpentry. I will be using Craig again as i hope to do another property in the near future.

Having discovered the Rated People website we decided to obtain quotes through it for building works to be carried out on our property. The quote obtained from Brian and James was very competitive and they were able to show us an extensive portfolio of their work; we therefore decided to commission them with the job. They are extremely hard-working and the work was carried out with the minimum of mess and disruption resulting in an excellent job done. We are now using them for additional work and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Furthermore they are extremely amiable and trustworthy.
