"Would never recommend to anyone. We read comments posted by others and ignored them about his failure to turn up when agreed and about him being rude. He arrived and quoted promptly and we agreed a start time the following week, so we thought other people had been unlucky with him. But then he never turned up to do the work, no phone calls, no messages, despite us trying to contact him via 3 phone numbers for 2 days (his phone was turned off and the others went to voicemail). After 2 days we got hold of him. No apology, just lots of excuses (van broken down, phone stolen and problems with NTL!) about why he had not arrived, he said he would call next day to let us know another start time. Surprise surprise - we never heard from him again! If he didn't want to do the work he should have just told us, save me rearranging my plans with a small baby!! "
