"Terry Matthews tried to fix the problem, he promised me money back if the door still leaked, and also promised to carry out furher work to rectify the problem. I rang him on four occasions, he did not return to rectify the problem. I wrote and e-mailed asking for my money back, as promised, and have heard nothing."

"Cannot change the stars to poor!!!This could very well be the worst job I have ever had done. The job started a week late in April. I had to pay someone else in October to finish the job. Stupidly I had paid a lot already so "Omega Developments" as they were then never bothered to come back. We have called, texted and are now seeking legal advice. The bathroom leaks, water regularly covers the floor and it goes through to downstairs. The plaster is mouldy and soaking wet. The outside render comes off in chunks just by scratching it. It is costing us 700 pounds to fix it (just the render). There are large gaps around the double glazed window, the other window they just didn't ever bother to change. They only added a bit of extra guttering after I complained but only on the bit you can see, on my neighbours side there is no gutter at all. The down pipe fell off! Just taken the bath panel off complete with ruining 100 pounds of tiles to find pools of water. Can't find the leak will have to call out a plumber. Plumber to fit radiator 120 pounds, rubbish clearance 130 pounds, plumber to fix leak and to come 700 pounds on the render, which was for indoor use. "
