(Water from the flat above overflowed and caused the ceiling in the flat below to collapse) Also to repair bath panel in the flat above as had to be forcibly removed to find the stop cock. I had a small flood from the washing machine in pipe, now floor lino lifted and I need to check for damage on floor boards. This will be an insurance job so need only registered traders to contact. Need quote to include replacement of boards if required but also quote for just replacing hardboards on top. So far received one quote but need 2 more.

During heavy rain, water leaked through air vent in bedroom chimney breast. this has then flooded over the skirting board, through the floorboard into the coving of the living room. Currently have some water staining around coving in living room, wet/staining of floor board in bedroom. Need to establish the cause of this problem for insurance purposes, and require a quote for repair.
