I'm not sure
removal of the wall between kitchen and diner room. Elimination of the kitchen's door making it ready for decoration (filling the gap)
Paul and David are not only enthusiastic and hard workers who know they trade; they are polite, clean (as clean as one can be when knocking a wall), accommodating and fun. I will definitely recommend them and call them again if I need a plasterer, builder and tiller though I am sure they have many other skills

I would like to enquire about getting a quote for some building works identified in a Home Buyers Report we have obtained on a house we are buying on Church Street in Uckfield. I’ve copied below the points from the report which we would like checking out:
• The property has two chimney stacks which are built in brick masonry. The stacks are shared with a neighbour. The stacks appear in fair structural order but some repairs are needed. There is evidence of localised damp penetration to the chimney breasts at first floor level most likely due to porous brickwork. Arrange for a closer inspection by a competent builder and treat brickwork with silicone. Flaunchings, flashings and brickwork pointing should also be checked at the same time. This is not considered to be either serious or urgent and can be dealt with soon after taking ownership.
• The roof structure is in good order with no serious defects evident. The party wall is incomplete towards the apex and should be built up. As this is urgent you should instruct a reputable and experienced contractor to inspect and quote for the work before exchange of contracts
