bathroom recently renovated and boarding added to flooring with tiles. This has removed squeaky floorboards and we now wish to complete this exercise throughout the entire top floor which is four bedrooms and hallway, will include replacing skirting boards and cutting bottoms of internal dorrs to fit raised floorboards.

The porch has a brick-built base, timber upper structure with leaded glass windows and flat roof.
The timber frame is rotten and need replacement but we want to keep the existing leaded glass windows, though some damaged panes may need replacement.
There are some gaps between the base of the porch and the house (resulting from movement) which need to be repaired.
Repair or replace existing external doors.
Possibly change from flat roof to pitch roof.
Porch doorway into hall to be planed to fit and re-hung.
Rear door: replace wooden threshold. Possible replacement of door, but again we want to retain the existing leaded glass (some damaged panes need replacement). Alternatively, replacement of entire framework, but we would want to retain existing leaded glass somehow.
