the wall is roughly 8m long, drawings have been supplied for the job and steel is on order. Some ground work is required e.g bottom of steel posts required pad foundations. all i need is the wall removed and steel frame put up in its place, no boxing in or anything pretty.

single story kitchen extention with lean to roof to front, electrics to be renewed, dormer window to side extension to be removed and pitch roof to be aligned with lean to roof of extention.
I cannot fault KTL on any aspect of the quality of their work, value or reliability. I am not easily pleased and have high standards and expectations and KTL not only delivered the work to a high standard but they were extremely competitively priced. The work involved a front brick built extension and new roof to the side extension, plastering, electrics, central heating, new windows, new internal walls guttering and soffits etc. Our sincere thanks go to Tom, Carl x 2, Seaton, Mark, Garry and Martin who all contributed their invaluable skills and sense of humor to transform our home beyond our expectations quickly and efficiently (all done no mess!). We would positively highly recommend KTL to anyone considering having any building work done in the future. We cannot speak highly enough of Tom and his team.
