Localised damp patches has appeared on the walls downstairs under the stairs and utility cupboards on the ground floor. It is on the wall which joins our property and our neighbours. We need estabkish why and for it to be put right.
I'm unable to comment about their service as my calls/emails were never returned.

front bedroom wall containing double glazed window needs timber supports need to be replaced / repaired, plasterboard etc put on but no plastering required.
Keith was very helpful and completed the job earlier than planned. He explained everything he did, and showed me what he was doing as he repaired the wall. Keith was also able to offer advice on other things i needed repairing around the house. He also does kitchens and bathrooms and will most likley be calling him for quotes in the future. Would def recommend Keith, helpful nice guy - his prices are competitive and he did a good job.

our townhouse garage has been converted into a room and acces is via the back of the garage. THis makes the ground floor kind of U shaped. We want to cut a door into the room from the hallway (a loadbearing wall) so later we can block up the old entrance and extend the kitchen across that wall. We only need quote for the door at the moment. There may be a radiator pipe to move and some electrics in the way.

Porch measures (roughly): 2M Hx 2.5M Lx 1.4M D. We recently had 2 new windows and front door fitted and want these to be re used. Concrete roof is roughly 6inches thick. Temporary front door will need to be put in place.
