We had a small extension done by this company, gave a very good quote and work was done to a high standard, took a little longer than expected but weeks of appalling weather didn't help so not builders fault , recommended
need to knock through from existing house through to new extention. A window is already there and needs to be removed and a lintel will be needed too, ive been told. The knock through needed is the size of a standard door frame. bricks need to be removed and dust sheets required.

We would like to move the front door further out by an extra 2 meters to create a bigger hall in which we can add a small downstairs toilet then add a canopy over the front door. We'll provide the toilet suite to keep cost down.
Storm Damage - an ivy covered lych gate has been blown over, it requires clearance of debris and rebuilding. The construction is entirely in timber.
