summer house sinking forward all concrete around the house has cracked
I was very happy with the care that was taken to do as little dammage to my property as possible as in the lawn and garden he had to go throught to do the job. It will take a year to see if the job was successful or not but as it is now I am very happen with what Ross has done.

I have damp coming in around an upstairs window frame. This has caused the window ledge to split. I need the damp fixing and the ledge replacing.

We have a loft conversion with a full size staircase, this replaced the smallest bedroom.....we now need this bedroom back as it was and either a space saving staircase or small spiral staircase up to loft conversion.
C J Blake & Sons were outstanding, the quote was spot on and the work was the same. they were there on time everyday and charlie couldn't do more to help.Very polite, very very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure
Have a hole/gap in the floor approximately A4 paper size in kichen behind units where water and waste pipes enter/exit. This needs to be properly sealed off as cold air is coming thru this gap. Also, there is a gap where the waste pipes leave the kitchen between extension wall and inner kitchen wall. Again, there is cold air coming in from this gap. Probably better to view actual situation as describing it is difficult.
No mess, no fuss and job very well done. Would not hestitate to use again.
