Currently we have a small downstairs extention that we hope to make larger. We would also like to add a second story and put in a bathroom in this space.
It would probably be best for someone to come around and have a look. First we need to establish if the work would even be allowed (i.e. granted planning permission). Depending on the work that you think is possible, subsequent costings could be done.

Porch of approx. 2m sq. Min. brickwork. Front to be all double glazed arrangement. Tiled roof to meet existing roof as prop. is a bungalow. Original front door to be removed, therefore floor to to made level.
