I would definitely recommend this company. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work efficiently and to an excellent standard - it was exactly what I'd had in mind. Everything was well thought through - such as putting a light in where I could easily access it. They kept me informed about what was being done and were very tidy and friendly. I will be contacting them again for future jobs (new bathroom / kitchen).

1. knock down toilet wall. 2. Brick up existing doorway x 2 3. Construct stud partitioning walls 4. knock through doorway with lintel over 5. reinforce support to chimney breast in loft area.

I have removed the old fireplace from out chimney breast. I have a cast iron victorian combination fireplace and slate hearth to be installed in its place. This will require the chimney breast opening to be enlarged a bit (to its original size), the fireplace and hearth to be put in and some plastering around the chimney breast to be done to make good.

I would like part of the loft boarded out ariynd the hatch for storage only. - area - floor braced or sat on foam - work gautenteed - how long? - insurance should anything go wrong will need to be provided - pls quote extra for small light Please do not call I would much prefer email as I work stupid hours and might not be available
