Large window at rear, french doors to side. Flat roof - hip to existing pitch roof to side. Drain access hatch to be moved + other minor alterations to existing drainage and guttering. Knock through existing rear window to provide access to house. Electrics - lighting, sockets and single heater.
Completed the job to a high standard, with minimum of delays.

I am now looking for someone who can take the job from production of plans for building regulations through to completion.
