Roy's team worked very hard to meet (and beat!) our tight deadline. We were extremely impressed with most aspects of the build. There were one or two issues - some of the finishing was not as we hoped, but most of the snags were minor and quickly sorted out. We did have a problem with escalating costs owing to an error in the original quote calculations, but I doubt that would be repeated for another customer!Cathy
