House extensions in Patching Hall
"An excellent quality of workmanship, from the base build (brick work, roofing, etc) through to the fit-out of the bathrooms (which was an additional quotation). Outstanding attention to detail and friendly service from all of the contractors involved. Would certainly recommend Savills for similar work in the future."

Chimney building, re-pointing, capping, rendering and lowering in Patching Hall
"Brick fell out of chimney stack and landed on roof plus a seperate small leak in roof unconnected noticed on Bank Holiday Monday 26/5/08
Register job with Rated People (first time I was aware of or used the service 27/5/08 - R.P. notified me by e-mail that DM builders would be quoting - I rang my wife at home as soon as I had read the reports on company and she had advised Dave Batchelor had already called her and would be around to quote that afternoon. He turned up very polite and genuine gave quote within our price range and said he could do the work the next day 28/5/08 got on roof removed the loose brick so that it could not cause a problem. Arrived early next morning re-pointed chimney and reduced length of ariel which was the cause of the problem (and checked to make sure it had not affected receptionbefore leaving) and fixed the leakall before mid-day . My wife handled everything I didn't have to get involved he was a trustworthy and honest worker. Could not have asked for more - all the other comments from other customers that appeared on web-site proved to be a fair reflection of this Trades-Persons work."
